Students learn best when given clear instructions within a positive environment. You won't find any warped, so-called tough-love tactics here. We build up, not tear down.
Being intentionally small, Axon Academy can build a strong community for parents to support one another and for kids to grow up with friends within a stable community.
At Axon, we seize every setback as a learning opportunity. We work hard to foster a sense of wonder and humility as we look at what we can learn and do.
Axon Academy welcomes everyone in the family to train together because it creates opportunities for families to strengthen their bonds and create memories.
Axon Martial Arts is a place for every student to be treated as individuals
no matter the rank, talent, or age.
Every student is treated as an individual and accorded with respect. Axon Academy will remain at a size that allows the owner, Yat-Yee Chong, to know and teach every student.
The student is always more important than skills or curriculum. Students should expect to be challenged but never at the expense of their personal development and well-being.
Being proficient in marital arts skills is necessary but not enough for someone to be a martial arts instructor. Ms. Chong brings with her 30 years of teaching experience and a Master's degree in pedagogy to teaching Tae Kwon Do.
The Founder of ATA, Eternal Grandmaster H. U. Lee has this simple motto: "There is always more to learn." This characterizes the attitude of the academy for students and instructors.
The only people excluded at Axon Martial Arts Academy are those who seek to exclude others. This is a community that accepts, supports, and encourages.
We are located in North Loveland just off Highway 287 near Texas Serious BBQ, between Walmart and Esh's Grocery Store.
Tucked behind a stand of trees is a building with the sign "SPRING 44". Axon Martial Arts Academy is housed in the same building.
